SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -
John Klepacki of Western New England College will coach the North Team in the annual United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division III Senior North-South All-Star Game on Friday, May 28 in Baltimore, Maryland.
John Spring, USILA Executive Director, made the announcement.
Kyle Hannan of host Goucher College will lead the South Team.
Klepacki, who was the USILA Division III Coach-of-the-Year in 2007, is in his ninth season at Western New England College.
He is the winningest coach in program history with a 122-44 record (73.5%) heading into The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) playoffs this Saturday (May 1) against Curry.
Klepacki is a native of Southington, Connecticut, and a 1996 graduate of Springfield College where he was a four-year starter at defense. He served as a team captain his senior year and was a member of the SC team that captured the NCAA Division III Championship title in 1994.
This spring Western New England College finished the regular season with an 11-5 mark and tied for first with Endicott in the conference with an 9-1 mark. The Gulls were the only team to beat the Golden Bears (9-8) in league play this spring.
