Service was also named to the New England Football Writers Association All-New England Team as a junior in 2016. He is the Golden Bears' all-time leader in passing touchdowns with 47.

Grennan comes to Western New England following a four-year career at the College of Brockport, a Division III program that competes in the Empire 8 Conference. The Warwick, N.Y. native graduated in May with a Sport Management degree.

Last fall, Grennan was a first team All-Empire 8 selection and two-time D3football.com Team of the Week recipient for a Golden Eagles squad that advanced all the way to the NCAA Tournament semifinals before falling to No. 1 ranked Mary Hardin-Baylor. Academically, he was a three-time Dean's List student and an Empire 8 President's List honoree as a junior in 2016.

Coming off three consecutive conference championships, Western New England will open its 2018 campaign on the road at Springfield College on Friday, August 31 at 7 p.m. as the crosstown rivals face off in the Sixth Annual Pynchon SAW Game.
